You possibly had a target physique in mind, or maybe you didn’t, but you will get to the stage where you’re feeling pretty happy. At this point you can move to ‘Maintain Mode’ what this means is you keep doing exactly what you have been but maybe you allow yourself a few more bites of starch or maybe you have one more treat a week. If you ever feel you need to you can always go right back to the beginning of the plan and repeat the 8 weeks.
